By WAADE now becoming an important part of the Qflow group, we strengthen the group's expertise in a number of areas such as construction and project management, design management, strategic consulting, collaboration management, digital working methods and method development within VDC (Virtual Design and Construction), which often gives the company an advantage in procurement and project implementation. WAADE thus complements and strengthens Qflow's business cluster within infrastructure. The partnership means that previous owners become partners in Qflow and thus continue to be active within the company.

– We are incredibly happy to welcome WAADE to Qflow. With their strong expertise in project and design management and their local roots in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Helsingborg, WAADE not only strengthens our infrastructure offering – they also bring a culture of collaboration, innovation around digital working methods such as VDC and quality that is fully in line with the group. Together, we strengthen our position in infrastructure and create even better conditions for our customers and employees.

Emile Hamon, Vice President Qflow

WAADE was founded in 2015 in Stockholm with services within project and design management for the civil engineering sector with a focus on infrastructure. Since its inception, the company has expanded with offices in Gothenburg (2019) and Helsingborg (2022), which provides a strong geographical presence in both the Mälardalen region and southern Sweden. WAADE currently has approximately 50 employees and has participated in several major infrastructure projects, such as the Västlänken in Gothenburg, the renovation of the Tingstad tunnel, the construction of a new sewage tunnel in Malmö and the development of Stockholm Norvik Port. WAADE is a values-driven company with the values of trust, togetherness and transparency.

– When we started WAADE, our vision was to help shape the future of community building – with courage, curiosity and a strong belief in the power of collaboration. Now becoming part of Qflow feels like a natural next step. We are united in the belief that sustainable development requires both cutting-edge expertise and a culture where people and ideas can grow together. Together with Qflow, we are not only strengthening our offering – we are strengthening our opportunity to actually make a difference.
