Qflow is strengthening its presence in Northern Norway by acquiring Nordnorsk Byggekontroll (NNBK) within its group of companies. With nearly 60 years of experience, strong local roots, and specialized expertise in construction and project management, NNBK represents an important addition to Qflow's growing activities in Norway.
We are delighted to welcome Nordnorsk Byggekontroll (NNBK) to Qflow. NNBK perfectly complements our Norwegian operations with its strong position in Northern Norway, its in-depth local knowledge, and its specialized expertise in project and construction management. The company has built an excellent reputation over many years and shares our values of quality, long-term thinking, and close customer relationships. Together, we are strengthening our ability to support clients in the construction and infrastructure sector throughout Norway, says Martin Dahlgren, CEO of the Qflow Group. – Emile Hamon, Deputy CEO of the Qflow Group
NNBK is a leading project management consultancy in Northern Norway with roots dating back to 1968. The company employs approximately 20 people and has offices in Tromsø and Harstad. NNBK offers services in project management, construction supervision, SHA coordination, surveying, and drone services, working with both public and private clients. Thanks to its strong local presence, extensive experience, and in-depth knowledge of the Northern Norwegian market, the company supports its clients in the implementation of complex construction and infrastructure projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
NNBK has been an independent consulting firm since 1968. The owners of NNBK had not been actively seeking a seller but were contacted by Qflow, which was interested in expanding NNBK's market reach. Discussions revealed that this was the right move for NNBK. NNBK offers services in the areas of SHA (State Housing Administration), project management, and construction supervision. NNBK is a pure consulting firm with a client-centric approach. We are convinced that NNBK's investment in Qflow will contribute to the further development of both NNBK and Qflow in the northern regions. NNBK's success factors have always been its in-depth knowledge of local conditions and a positive work environment based on NNBK's core values: client focus, diligence, honesty, and commitment.
