Martin Dahlgren is CEO of Qflow and has over 25 years of experience in engineering, construction and consulting, and more than 15 years as CEO. He has been CEO of Energo, Zengun and Oljibe, and has held senior roles at Hifab and Skanska. Martin has extensive experience in business and sales development, as well as leading companies through growth, change and professionalization in both owner-managed and investor-owned environments.

Emile Hamon has extensive experience in the construction industry, most recently as Head of Strategy and Business Development at Serneke. He has held senior positions at Skanska and Veidekke, where he worked for over 10 years, most recently as Head of Business Development. He also has experience from Tyréns and construction logistics at Prolog.

Linda Årsköld most recently came from the role of Accounting Manager at Orkla, where she led a centralized team for accounting and reporting issues. She has been Group Accounting Manager for Green Landscaping Group and contributed to the company's IPO on First North and listing change to Nasdaq Small Cap. Linda also has over 10 years of experience as a certified public accountant at EY.

Alexander Weiss Montan has over 15 years of experience in M&A and financial advisory. He most recently came from the role of M&A Manager at the steel company SSAB, where he led the group's transaction processes between 2018-2024. Before that, he was an M&A advisor for 10 years, including at Swedbank and HDR Partners. In addition to corporate acquisitions, Alexander has also carried out IPOs and capital raisings, both private and public. Alexander holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration from Uppsala University

At the age of 25, Michaela founded a staffing and recruitment company, which she sold seven years later with a turnover of 17 million. She has six years of academic studies in HR and leadership, with a focus on strategic decision-making, and has worked as a consultant with strategic management support for the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning. In addition to her work at Qflow, Michaela runs leadership training courses and is involved in board work for the Swedish Marketing Association.
