The Board of Directors of Qflow has appointed Martin Dahlgren as the new CEO, effective January 1, 2026. This appointment is an important step in Qflow's long-term development and follows the transition of the current CEO, Svante Hagman, to the Board of Directors. Svante Hagman co-founded Qflow in 2022 with Emile Hamon and has built the company into a successful management consultancy with offices in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

The change in CEO is intended to strengthen Qflow's market position and ensure continued growth and expansion in existing and new markets. Martin Dahlgren has many years of management experience in consulting and construction companies and was previously CEO of Energo Retea, Besedo, Zengun, and Oljibe, among others. He holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and Industrial Economics from Luleå University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from UiT, the Arctic University of Norway.

Martin Dahlgren was CEO of Oljibe AB, a family-owned construction company specializing in EPC contracts in the life sciences, defense, and social infrastructure sectors, for the past several years. Previously, he led Zengun AB, Besedo AB, and Energo Group AB, and has experience working with private equity firms.

Qflow is convinced that Martin Dahlgren, with his extensive experience and strong leadership skills, will guide the company into its next phase of growth and development. Thanks to Martin's experience in both the consulting and construction industries, Qflow has a CEO with a proven ability to drive growth and build high-performing teams. His expertise will be crucial as Qflow now focuses on strengthening its market position and taking the next step in its development.

With this change, Qflow is ideally positioned for the future and looks forward to taking the next step towards continued success together with Martin Dahlgren.
