Qflow strengthens its Danish investment by welcoming Hartvig Consult, with pioneering expertise in water and sanitation renovation, to the group. The acquisition means that Hartvig Consult becomes Qflow's second company in Denmark, further strengthening our Nordic infrastructure platform.

With Hartvig Consult, we gain a well-respected specialist in water and sanitation renovation and infrastructure in Denmark. Together with DAI, we strengthen our ability to help both public and private customers with sustainable and cost-effective solutions – and we create an even better platform for growth throughout the Nordic region.

- Martin Dahlgren, CEO of Qflow

Hartvig Consult is a Danish consulting company founded in 1999 and based in Roskilde. The company specializes in renovation of water supply and sewage systems as well as construction and infrastructure projects within, among others, roads, rainwater management, urban renewal and project management. The team consists of just over 20 employees and operates primarily on Zealand with the Copenhagen region as its main market.

The Qflow concept is already working very well, and the opportunity to contribute to and further strengthen the Qflow group together with Hartvig Consult is something I am really looking forward to. In addition, the opportunity to continue the collaboration with the management of Hartvig Consult and at the same time be able to work closely with both Danish and Nordic colleagues within Qflow is an exciting opportunity that I am very much looking forward to.

- Peter Hartvig, founder and chairman of the board of Hartvig

The acquisition means no changes for Hartvig's customers in daily operations - the company continues to operate under its established brand, while existing customer relationships and projects continue. At the same time, new opportunities for collaboration and exchange of expertise within the Qflow group are opened, especially together with DAI, which marked Qflow's establishment in Denmark in the fall of 2025.
