The purpose of the team is to build Svenska kraftnät's ability to run large projects in partnering and strategic partnering. The goal is to develop a culture and structure that gives both the organization and the projects the security to work effectively, while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to their specific conditions.

Resource with solid experience in change management and running business development projects in large organizations. Responsibility for driving, implementing and scaling up the way of working within the business.

Operational support

If necessary, supports the strategic leader with performance measurement, goal management and development of working methods. Assistant to the strategic leader.

Expert partnering and leadership

Broad experience as a collaboration leader in large projects. Responsible for developing collaboration concepts, aligning collaboration leaders within different business packages and supporting and training collaboration leaders in accordance with Svenska kraftnät's goals for partnering and strategic partnering.
