ICA Gruppen is investing approximately SEK 1.8 billion in a new, highly automated logistics property of 23,000 square meters in Västerås, which is expected to be operational in 2025. This investment meets the increased need for freezing capacity in ICA Sweden's logistics operations.

Two companies from the Qflow group contributed to the project. Seveko was commissioned to design the new cold storage facility (via Triclima), while Fire and Risk Engineering AB was responsible for the design and risk analysis of the fire protection from start to finish. Through their work, Seveko and Fire and Risk Engineering ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations in ICA's latest investment in the logistics of the future.
