Qflow Group continues its growth journey and strengthens its position in the Norwegian market through the acquisition of Vial AS, a leading Norwegian consulting engineering company with core competence within infrastructure. Vial AS and its subsidiary Vial Energy will now become part of the Qflow Group. The partnership means that the previous owners will become co-owners of Qflow and will thus remain active in the company.

We are very pleased to welcome Vial AS and Vial Energy to Qflow Group today. Vial has a strong position within infrastructure and engineering, which complements our existing businesses in Norway and creates new opportunities for collaboration and growth. Together we can offer our customers an even broader and more innovative service offering, and we look forward to developing together with Vial's competent team.

- Emile Hamon, Vice-President
